The CoLink® NeoFuse Plating System is indicated for anterior fixation of ankle arthrodesis and fractures, including the distal tibia and talus.
CoLink® NeoFuse Plating System
Device Description
The CoLink® NeoFuse Plating System features Anterior and Anterolateral Plates with side specific (right or left) targeting guides for placement of a transverse compression screw outside of the plate for added compression to the joint.
All implants are provided sterile packaged. The system utilizes a set of sterile and reusable instruments which include trial plates for proper size determination. Other standard orthopedic operating instrumentation may be required to perform the procedures.

Associated Drill Guides and Targeting Guides
Locking Drill Guides
The 2.5mm Afx Locking Drill Guide and 3.2mm Ankle Fusion System Locking Drill Guide towers are provided for the on-axis drilling for placing 3.5 and 4.5mm locking screws, respectively.
Non-Locking Drill Guides
The 2.5/3.2mm Ankle Fusion System Non-Locking Drill Guide is provided for placing 3.5 and 4.5mm non-locking screws off-axis.
Variable Angle Drill Guides
The 2.5/3.2mm Variable Angle Drill Guides are provided for placing 3.5 and 4.5mm variable angle screws off-axis with 30º of variability.
Compression Screw Guides
The Medial Lateral Compression Screw Targeting Guide is provided to place the 6.7mm CoLag® Screw. A targeting guide for each plate style is provided.
Transverse Screw Guide
The 4.5mm Transverse Screw Drill Guide is provided for placing the 4.5mm Non- Locking screws through the transverse hole. One end is for the 3.2mm drill and the other end is for a 4.5mm drill if lagging the non-locking screw is desired.
