PLATING SYSTEM
CoLink® XP MTP
The MTP Plate is indication specific, designed to compress and aid fusion of the 1st MTPJ
- Standard 6-Hole, with Transverse Compression with Joint Line Placement laser mark reference
- Revision Plate with Standard Compression Slot
Low Profile…
Anatomic Design, Tapered Edge Contours
Type II Anodized
- Enhanced lubricity*
- Improved fatigue strength, wear and corrosion resistance*
- Biocompatible
*compared to color anodized and stainless steel plates
Dynamic, Transverse Compression
Use of the Transverse, Cross-joint Screw provides mechanical compression across the fusion site and to stimulate the fusion process.
UNIQUE, SEE-THROUGH PLATING
CoLink® View MTP
The CoLink® View MTP Plates are indication specific and designed to achieve fixation and compression during first MTP joint fusion surgery. Available in 5 and 6 Hole options in left and right configurations with PEEK Transverse Compression
Mechanical Compression
Generated by Transverse Lag Screw Across Fusion Site
Transverse Lag Screw through the plate eliminates the need for an independent cross-joint compression screw.
Dynamic Transverse Compression
Use of the 3.5mm Transverse Lag Screw provides mechanical compression across the fusion site. The enhanced 3.5mm CoLink® Transverse Lag Screw produces ideal bone purchase, pullout strength and improved holding power.
See-through Plating
The CoLink® View Plating System features an x-ray transparent PEEK hub which allows visibility of the fusion site.
CoLink® View Compression Inserts
The CoLink® View transparent PEEK hub provides efficient cross joint compression via a Transverse Lag Screw. The low profile anatomic design provides mechanical compression across the fusion site to stimulate bone fusion. An alternate Titanium Compression Slot design offers a traditional compression ramp effect to achieve mechanical compression.
COMPRESSIVE STABILITYSM
CoLag® CS Screws
2.5, 3.0, and 4.0mm Diameter
The CoLag® screw design unites the rotational stability of a headless screw with the compression lag of a headed screw. The differential threads combined with a low profile head apply a compression lock to the fragment.
Most Significant Screw Innovation in 25 Years
COMPRESSIVE STABILITYSM
I.B.S.® Compression Screws
3.0mm, 3.5mm and 4.5mm
INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED – Compression Screws are delivered in STERILE, cylindrical cases enclosing a series of capped sleeves. Each Screw package includes a series of self-adhesive labels for UDI compliance and comprehensive implant TRACEABILITY for hospital and patient records.
Each sterile screw package has 6 self-adhesive labels per Implant and easily identifiable by style, diameter and length on the color-coded end cap.
NeoSpan® SE
SUPERELASTIC COMPRESSION STAPLE
The NeoSpan® SE Compression Staples are designed to deliver constant active compression and feature:
Design Attributes
- Low-profile
- Inside/outside stepped-tooth design resists pull-out
- Available in multiple sizes from 8 to 25mm
NeoSpan® SE is a SuperElastic, compression-ready fixation system designed for fixation for fractures, fusions or osteotomies of the bones in the forefoot, midfoot and hindfoot. NeoSpan® SE’s compressive properties and stepped-tooth design resists pull-out.
Sterile, Disposable Implant Kit / Instrumentation
MINIMALLY INVASIVE
CoLink® Bone Graft Harvester
Delivered in sterile, single-use kit for rapid harvest
Morselizes bone into chips to facilitate void filling
Available for use with Tribio™ Backfill Plug
to fill corresponding voids
UNIQUE BONE VOID FILLER
Tribio™ Backfill Plugs
Delivered sterile and ready-to-use
Osteoconductive scaffold rapidly absorbs the surrounding blood and fluids to aid in new bone formation
Tribio™ Backfill Plugs are a proprietary material delivered sterile and ready for use in any bony voids or gaps of the skeletal system. Consisting of hydroxyapatite, tri-calcium phosphate and bioactive glass in a collagen matrix, the Backfill Plugs are sized to easily fit in surgically created osseous defects; 5.5mm dia. (for 6mm void) and 7.5mm dia. (for 8mm void) by 40mm in length. The osteoconductive scaffold rapidly absorbs the surrounding blood and fluids to aid in new bone formation during the healing process.

Representation of SAL (Sterility Assurance Level). Designates the occurrence a living microorganism surviving the sterilization process. SAL of 10-6 designates the possibility of finding an unsterile product will be 1 in a million. While other sterilization methods have also been shown to inactivate viruses, they can be detrimental to the biological and physical properties of allograft bone.
BioV® BP
Bioactive Glass with DBM Putty
A Synergistic Combination of Bioactive Glass & Demineralized Bone Matrix
BioV® Bioactive Matrix is a novel bone graft substitute expressly designed to optimize surgical handling, graft stability and osteoproductivity.
Sterility
KNOW YOUR PRODUCT SAL. The AlloAid® DBM is terminally sterilized using a validated gamma irradiation process at an SAL (Sterility Assurance Level) of 10-6. This representation of SAL illustrates the occurrence of a living microorganism surviving the sterilization process. SAL 10-6 designates the probability of finding an unsterile product to be 1 in 1 million. Competitive tissue products may be sterilized to an SAL of 10-3. This increases the odds of finding an unsterile product to 1 in 1 thousand.
